Challenge
​We were tasked with the difficult challenge of making appealing videos to excite and entice parents and prospective students in Korea and China to want to go to CEC. Additionally, the video was made in the native language of Mandarin and Korean.
Objective
Objective CEC wanted their International team to have a recruitment video that showcased the school, its students, culture and award winning educational offerings. This video was used in both China and Korea to entice prospective students looking for an education in the US to apply to CEC.
ASGAV Solution
We arranged interviews with four current Chinese and Korean students and had them answer questions in their native languages. We filmed b-roll to coincide with the students responses and showcased all the school had to offer through beautifully presented imagery.
Results
These videos helped to set Conwell Egan apart from many other schools vying for the same students, converting to $78,000 worth of newly enrolled foreign students. The tuition cost of one international student was 6x the cost of one video.

Challenge
Our friends at Amera Productions asked us to help out with their event. Over the course of three days, we were tasked with producing an audio and visual experience for the thousands in attendance, in three separate locations, at one time. In addition, each ceremony was live streamed to YouTube for those who were not able to attend.
Objective
Create a stage presence for an annual awards ceremony that surpassed the creative design from years passed on a smaller budget than the year before.
ASGAV Solution
An idea was formed, visualized and presented with the help of a 3D rendering of the setup created by ASGAV. The client was able to see the proposed setup, and make adjustments accordingly.

Challenge
Florescent lights made it difficult to see the presentations of the special guest speakers and the noise of attendees made it hard to hear the presenters. Another challenge was to capture the event and produce a video that would entice people to come the following year.
Objective
This was a two faceted approach to enhancing the experience of the Philly Home and Garden Show. The presenters' slideshows needed to be clearly seen in the bright lights of a the hall. The presenters would also need to be heard over the loud noise from the event. Also, a recap video of the event was to be filmed/edited.
ASGAV Solution
ASGAV Solution We set up a 14k lumen projector to show presentations on a 12' wide screen. 70" television monitors mirrored the main display for anyone who was outside of the primary viewing range. 6 loudspeakers were positioned around the audience area to ensure even audio levels. The videos and PowerPoints were seamlessly switched to the screens. During this time, we filmed all of the exhibits and presentations which were edited into a dynamic highlight video. The operators of the event posted the videos on their website and social media. screens.
Results
Everyone in attendance was able to clearly hear and see their favorite Home and Garden professionals. The "Market Place Events" team now has a highlight video to share and promote their event for next year. Interest has increased due to the social media presence, and attendance has risen. They have already booked us to produce their next event.
